Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RG Groceries, we aim to deliver your groceries fresh, fast, and hassle-free. Please read our shipping and delivery policy below for clarity on how we operate:
1. Service Area
We currently deliver across selected locations in Salem, Tamil Nadu. You can check delivery availability during checkout by entering your PIN code.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
- Same-day delivery: available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (subject to slot availability).
- Delivery slots: are indicative and may vary slightly due to weather, traffic, or logistics conditions.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery is free for orders above ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499 may attract a nominal delivery fee depending on the location.
4. Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery agent will attempt to contact you. If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order may be cancelled and refund policies (if applicable) will apply.
5. Delays or Unavailability
In case of unavoidable delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or unexpected logistics issues, we will notify you as early as possible. You may opt to cancel in such cases before dispatch.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a delivery update via SMS or email once your order is out for delivery.
