Cancellation Policy

At RG Groceries, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly while considering the perishable nature of grocery items.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

• You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery.
• To cancel, please contact us immediately via phone at 98947 01222 / 89034 01222 or email refunds@rggroceries.in.
• We will confirm the cancellation and issue a refund (if prepaid) within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

• Orders that have already been dispatched or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
• For perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.), we do not accept cancellations after packaging.

3. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel an order if items are out of stock, unavailable, or in case of payment issues.
• In such cases, the full amount will be refunded promptly to your original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Exact time may vary based on your payment provider or bank.
