1. Sourcing & Licensing

• All our grocery products are sourced from FSSAI-licensed manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
• We do not stock or sell items from unverified sources or without proper labeling.

2. Storage & Handling

• Products are stored in clean, temperature-appropriate environments to maintain freshness.
• We follow strict First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory protocols to minimize expiry risks.

3. Packaging & Expiry

• All packaged goods are checked for intact seals and valid expiry dates before dispatch.
• We do not deliver expired, damaged, or tampered food items.

4. Hygiene Standards

• Our facility undergoes regular cleaning and pest control as per municipal and FSSAI guidelines.
• Delivery staff are trained in hygiene protocols including mask, gloves, and sanitized transport.

5. FSSAI License

RG Groceries operates under a valid FSSAI license. Our FSSAI License Number can be provided on request or is printed on relevant product labels and invoices.
